When the employment ends, just disable their access to the Cloud PC.

Yes! Currently, MS Office comes pre-installed and is available for use with your plan. If you require any other specific software (for example, for your employees), we can install that for you too. If you want to install custom software yourself, we provide an admin account, but you’ll need to be very careful since some software may contain viruses. If your Windows account crashes for any reason, we can also reset your computer back to its original image.

Once the trial period ends, refunds will only be provided for technical problems caused by us. The trial period is designed to give you time to determine if this service suits your needs. Nonetheless, we may consider an exception only if we find it justified.
