Welcome to Qouh.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, including purchasing or using our Windows Cloud PC solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, billing address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Service Description

We provide access to Windows-based virtual machines hosted in the cloud (“Cloud PCs”). The features of each plan are described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
• Prices are displayed per user per month or year. Yearly plans are billed annually upfront.
• If your payment fails or is declined, your access to the service may be suspended or terminated.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 1-week free trial for new users. Payment details are required to activate the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. Abuse of the free trial (e.g., multiple registrations) is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will NOT use the Qouh.com services for any unlawful activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited emails (spamming).
• Launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or participating in hacking or unauthorized access activities.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Visiting, distributing, or promoting illegal websites (such as sites related to child exploitation, drugs, terrorism, etc.).
• Using the servers for activities that are forbidden by the laws of your country or any applicable jurisdiction.
• Storing or transmitting content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates any law or regulation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Software Installation

We may pre-install requested software, such as MS Office, upon request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate licenses for any third-party software installed on your Cloud PC.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information (name, address, email, payment details) is collected for account management and billing purposes only. Payment information is handled securely via Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Backups and Data Loss

Optional backup services (snapshots) are available for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to back up important data. Qouh.com is not liable for any data loss.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. If cancelled before the trial ends, no charges will be incurred. For paid subscriptions, refunds may be granted only if you are unable to access the service due to technical issues on our end. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Any difference in charges will be calculated automatically; you may receive a refund or be required to pay the balance.

12. Monitoring and Compliance

Qouh.com uses automated tools to monitor for activity that may trigger security or abuse alerts, such as spam, DDoS attacks, or other prohibited actions. These tools do not actively monitor or record the specific websites you visit or your personal browsing history.
For business accounts, monitoring software may be installed at the employer’s request to track activity on Cloud PCs used by employees; in such cases, it is the employer’s responsibility to inform their users if such monitoring is enabled.

13. Termination

Qouh.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qouh.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
