At Qouh.com, we strive to provide reliable cloud Windows PC services. If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied, please read our refund policy below.

1. Trial Period

  • Every new user is eligible for a free trial period, as detailed on our website.
  • No charges will be made if you cancel during this trial period.
  • The trial is provided so you can evaluate if our service meets your needs.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are considered if you are unable to access or use your cloud server due to technical reasons on our side.
  • Before a refund is processed, we will work with you to resolve any technical issues to the best of our ability.
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 12mbps, not including bandwidth used by other applications) is required for proper service usage. Inadequate connectivity on your end does not qualify for a refund.

3. Prorated Refunds

  • If you request a refund during an active payment period (e.g., partway through the month), you will receive a prorated refund.
  • The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the value of the days already used from your subscription fee.

4. Significant Usage

  • If you have transferred more than 1GB of data via your cloud machine, this will be considered significant usage.
  • In such cases, the number of days your cloud machine was active and the associated usage will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Full Refunds

  • A full refund will only be issued if you have not used the cloud machine in any significant way (less than 1GB data transferred and minimal usage).
  • If our records show that the service was actively used, only a partial (prorated) refund will be provided.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, contact us at through our contact form with your account details and a description of the issue.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and process the refund if applicable.

7. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be given for issues resulting from user error, failure to meet minimum system requirements, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refunds or termination of service.
