Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They open your booking link, pick a time and fill in their address. They get a confirmation by email with a link to move or cancel.

Can I set different lengths for different jobs?

Yes. Make an appointment type for each kind of job, such as a diagnosis or an installation, each with its own length. Customers pick one when they book.

Does it work with my calendar?

It works both ways with Google Calendar: busy times block your availability, and every booking appears in your calendar.

What if it isn't for me?
