Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to the use of Qouh, offered by 12651696 Canada Inc., 6 Topbank Drive, Toronto, ON M9W 7C2, Canada, Canadian Business Number 787777861, Ontario corporation no. 003272655. Qouh is for businesses only: by creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business, and confirm that you act for it and not as a consumer.
Your account
Give correct details, keep your password and verification codes to yourself, and make sure the people you invite follow these terms. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Plans and payment
The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are for businesses and are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe; prices exclude VAT, and the payment page asks for your VAT number. Businesses in the EU account for the VAT themselves (reverse charge). A new account starts with a free Pro trial; choosing a paid plan during the trial ends it, and the plan starts and is billed right away. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without refunds for the rest of that period. Design partner prices are agreed with each customer in writing; the lifetime discount that follows lasts as long as the subscription runs without a break and ends if it is cancelled.
Your data and your customers' data
Your data stays yours. We process your customers' details on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms. You make sure you may store those details and send your customers booking emails.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, for spam, or to attack, overload or get around the security of the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but can't guarantee it never fails. Drive times and routes are estimates.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where possible.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
Changes
We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before important changes to these terms take effect.
