A Calendly alternative for teams that drive to their customers
Calendly is a widely used booking tool, and for meetings online or at one address it works well. When you drive to your customers, the question isn't only whether you're free, but where you'll be just before and just after.
Every fact about Calendly on this page comes from its own website, checked on October 18, 2026.
What Calendly does well
- A clean booking page that's quick to set up, with a free plan for one event type.
- Video calls: a link for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and others goes into each booking.
- Many integrations, plus payments and text reminders on its paid plans.
Where it stops when you drive between visits
- Travel time is a buffer you set by hand for each event type. It's the same before every meeting, whether the customer is next door or an hour away.
- It offers the times you're free without looking at where your other visits are that day.
- It doesn't put a day's visits in driving order, or invite customers when a recurring visit is due.

Questions
Can I bring my Calendly setup over?
Not automatically. You set up your appointment types once, which takes a few minutes, import your customers from a CSV or Excel file and share your new booking link. Keep your Calendly account until its last bookings are done.
Does Qouh do video calls?
No. Qouh is made for visits at the customer's place. If most of your meetings are online, Calendly will suit you better.
Can I keep my Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar and Qouh keeps your busy times free and writes your visits into it. For any other calendar there's a private calendar feed with your visits.
