Plans and billing
Your trial, choosing a plan, extra users and invoices.
Your trial
Every new company starts with 14 days of Pro. Billing (under Setup, for owners) shows your plan and the days left. After the trial you move to Free (10 bookings a month and one user) unless you choose a plan.
Choose a plan
Choose Starter or Pro, monthly or yearly. The payment page asks for your company’s VAT number: plans are for businesses, and prices exclude VAT. Choosing a plan during the trial ends it: the plan starts, and is charged, right away.
Extra users
Each plan includes a number of users; each active user beyond that adds a fixed amount to your plan. Deactivating someone takes them off your bill.
Invoices and cancelling
“Change plan” switches between plans. “Manage billing” opens the payment page, where you change your payment details, download invoices or cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
